Our Story
We started Cardinal Osteopathic Wellness Center, PC, to help patients receive better care from a physician they trust and can call a friend. Primary care is about long-term relationships with people we care about. At Cardinal OWC, we offer you more than just healthcare; we offer you a safe place to share your story. We want to help you find joy in being healthy, not just physically, but mentally and spiritually. We are not a faith-based center, but we do offer support of your beliefs because all three dimensions of your life play an important role in optimizing your health.
Our Philosophy
Cardinal Osteopathic Wellness Center, PC, is excited to bring you old-fashioned patient care in modern healthcare. We offer individualized treatment plans to help you prevent, reverse, and manage many disease processes. You will have time to tell your story, ask questions, and learn together with your physician.
In addition to general medical care, we offer complementary modalities such as Healing Touch energy therapy, Reiki, massage therapy and intuitive life and spiritual coaching to help you reach your life goals, including health and fitness goals.
We believe that going to the doctor shouldn’t be the worst part of your day. You, the patient, are the center of our clinic. We are excited to join you on your journey to health. In addition to the health and wellness services, we offer community to our members through classes on various topics including nutrition, exercise, cooking, and mental/spiritual well-being. We understand the importance of a balanced life which includes not only your physical health but also the nurturing of your mind and spirit.

At Cardinal Osteopathic Wellness Center, PC, you get a real relationship with a doctor who has the time and desire to really get to know you. We offer longer appointment times, so you can ask questions and tell us your history in a relaxed manner. Dr. Hamann takes time to answer your questions thoroughly and makes sure you understand the options.
We also do our best to minimize your wait times, by scheduling appropriately. You will have a minimum of 30 minutes scheduled for your appointments and we don't double book. Your appointment will be relaxed and on-time out of respect for you and your busy schedule. We value you as our patient.
We keep our patient panel size small, so we can offer personalized care. When you call or text after hours, Dr. Hamann will be the one responding. It won't be someone who knows nothing about you. She can also help you decide if it is urgent, whether you need to be seen or if you need to see a specialist for the most appropriate care. Office Visits
Appointments are usually between 30 and 60 minutes to ensure all of your health concerns are fully addressed.
Office Tests
Bedside testing such as EKG, strep throat, COVID, flu, pregnancy, urinalysis and blood draws are available in office when appropriate.

Skin biopsies, mole removals, Pap smears, and laceration repairs
Outside Testing
Outside lab testing and imaging at greatly reduced prices for self-pay patients
